Paul M. Hengelsberg, age 78, of Hampton Twp., died peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Monday, October 19, 2020. He was born on November 8, 1941 in Pittsburgh to the late Aloysius and Irene (Huber) Hengelsberg. He was Vice President of UHL Construction Company for over 30 years and a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Church, Hampton Twp. Paul was a devoted husband of 52 years to Barbara Stevens Hengelsberg whom he married May 25, 1968. Loving father of Melissa (Jeffrey) Martin of Cranberry, Gregory Hengelsberg of Cranberry, Gary (Jennifer) Hengelsberg of Ohio, David Hengelsberg of Gibsonia, and Lori (Sampson) Yee of Allison Park; Proud grandfather of Matthew, Ryan, Mia, Ella, Abby, and Maren Hengelsberg and Andrew Yee; brother of Theresa Druga of Gibsonia, Albert Hengelsberg of Allison Park, Geraldine Dent of Virginia and the late James Hengelsberg, Grace Hoover and Irene Yohe; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends. Paul had a tireless work ethic that was only matched by his love for God, family, and friends. Paul’s happiest times were spent at the family lake house with his children and grandchildren boating and relaxing. Friends will be received on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Bock Funeral Home, Ltd., 1500 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Mary of the Assumption Church, Glenshaw, on Saturday at 9:30 AM. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Good Samaritan Hospice OR to St. Mary of the Assumption Church, Glenshaw.
