Rubiefern Tavel, 88, of Victoria Ave., Everett, died Sunday, September 26, 2020 at Homewood at Martinsburg. Mrs. Tavel was born in Greentop, MD on March 26, 1932 daughter of the late Chester and Viola (Carey) Bailey. On October 7, 1989 Rubiefern married Charles “Gary” Tavel Sr. He preceded her in death on March 16, 2017.
